It’s a traditional Pakistani recipe called Malpua or Bohra Pancake. Bohra pancake-malfua originated from India where it is known as malfua or malpua Recipe. Fried pancakes flavored with fennel and cardamom are dunked in a sugar syrup.
Ingredients Of Bohra Pancake
|Cup atta||as required|
|Cup whole wheat flour||3/4|
|Cup refined oil||1|
Take a bowl and mix semolina, flour, and sugar to taste. Add water to prepare the batter. Keep it overnight for better consistency. In the morning, mix an egg in it.
